Doug, your first submission gave me some insight to you as a person and student in my class, but didn't really address the topic. You did tell me about the types of music you like, and that was great. However, the paragraph did not give any clues as to why you like the music. Comprehension is limited for the reader without some detail to explain or clarify the idea. I, as the reader, would like to know what it is about a certain type of music that makes someone like it. For your next submission, be sure you give some of the reasons behind your thoughts.
