Well I'm Jason Slominski. I've lived in Alpena all my life. I have one brother and one sister. My favorite music is rap. Not alot of "older" people agree or even like it. They say it is junk or garbage. Just give it a chance listen to the story they are telling. Take the late great Tu Pac for example, most people will say he is nothing but trouble cause if you look at his past you will see he has had a few run ins with the cops. He is still human. His lyrics tell a story of his past, problems, future, friends, love, etc..etc. Just because his skin is not white people will knock him down for it but he do'esnt take it to heart. Give it a chance, listen to what he is saying through your heart not because of racist thoughts.
