I also believe that any activity needs a desire to see it through. That is the MOT, or motivation, the LASSI refers to. Without the drive that comes from within, nothing can be accomplished that leads to the satisfaction of knowing the task was completed to the best of abilities. I am sure you are putting the strengths and weaknesses you have to use and are demonstrating a positive approach to learning and study to your son.
