I think you are accurate in your discussion of the learning environment in high schools. The college life can be more lenient in allowing the student to accomplish his goals at his own pace, but that also adds a tremendous amount of responsibility too. While we may not hastle you while in the Center as you work on your programs, we will "get on your case" when you don't do what is required of you. The LASSI helped identify how you can take control of your learning and I think you can use that to your benefit.
