Reading efficiency means to read at the rate appropriate for your purpose while maintaining the necessary level of comprehension. The main way to judge whether or not you are increasing your speed is to determine the words-per-minute rate. Explain whether you should compute your reading rate for a variety of materials or is the rate for one type of material sufficient?
