I believe their is two kinds of reading. One kind is reading for content and the other is reading for pleasure. Reading for content is when you read a textbook or heavy content book to get information and learn about the subject. Pleasure reading is when you don't have to worry about questions at the end or understanding the material. An example of this would be a 4 wheel magazine, which I enjoy reading. Of you could probably guess which one I would rather do, pleasure. When I'm under stress I tend to be worried about the material I read. Whether if it's reading enough or just comprehending. This way if I just pleasure read I don't have to worry about my mind wandering. Brandon
